Let yourself be seduced by a cultural walk this summer in Paris and its region! With a schedule of more than 500 events, the output proposals should suit everyone's taste.


Among the events opened abroad this summer, the programming of the France-Colombia Year Year. A show not to be missed on July 5, "Colombia at the Paris hip-hop festival" in La Villette. Two major exhibitions also celebrate "The treasures of Islam in Africa" until July 30 at the Arabe Word Institute and "Les 113 ors" at the National Museum of Asian Arts Guimet, until September 4th.

Les Grandes Écuries

This summer, go to the gallop of the Domaine de Chantilly! Mixing poetry, aerobatics and humor, the original creations of the Grandes Ecuries troop show an equestrian show entitled "Metamorphoses". The show takes place under the majestic dome of a height of 28 meters with its circular track. Its fountain, recently restored, bears the dates of construction of the Great Stables (1719-1735). Until November 5th.

The Great Hours of Versailles

Versailles Festival 

The Chateau of Versailles musical season presents the masters of our time. Their creations have nothing to envy to those that were presented to the Court in the eighteenth century. These royal voices, worldwide ambassadors of Versailles, and guest artists, set Versailles scenes and nights alight , including Cecilia Bartoli, Philippe Jaroussky, Jordy Savall, William Christie, Raphael Pichon and Angelin Preljocaj. Until July 30th.

Les Grandes Eaux Musicales de Versailles

Among the marble of the fountains, the embroidery of the flowerbeds and the sculptures -  accomplices of the fountain’s unique show. On Saturday evening, the sunset, enchantment of the scents of twilight and the effects of light  add to the show beforea grandiose firework display explodes from Apollo's chariot. Until 29 October.

"Visitors of Versailles 1682-1789": an exhibition on the journey, from October 24 to February 25. French and foreign travelers, princes and ambassadors, artists, writers and philosophers, architects and scholars, tourists of the "Grand Tour" and visitors of one day, all came to Versailles, Europe, Asia, Africa and From the Embassy of Siam in 1686 to the Embassy of the Indian Kingdom of Mysore in 1788.
